How much rent
will I get?
The rental value of your property will depend on a number of factors
including its size, location and condition. We will assess the rental
value by comparison with other similar properties and agree a proposed
rent with you.
What type of tenants
do you typically provide?
Watsons have been established for more than 40 years. Over that
time we have built strong relationships with numerous companies,
academic and medical institutions, making us the first port of call
for many prospective tenants. Other tenants will have been recommended
by previous tenants.
How much will
I need to be involved?
If you choose our lettings only service, we will market the property
and find suitable tenant(s) for you. We will apply for references,prepare
tenancy agreements and arange for the Gas Safety check as applicable. The
cost of the Tenancy Agreement and Gas Safety check will show as
separate charges on your account.
If you choose the full
lettings and management service we will liaise with the tenants
over any queries through out the tenancy, organise the invnetory,
pre tenancy clean, arrange any ongoing maintenance and repairs,
collect the rent and and remit it to your account providing you
with a sytatement, arrange the end of tenancy invnetory check andnegotiate
the end of the tenancy with the tenant on your behalf.
Should I let my
property furnished or unfurnished?
Our recommendation will
depend on the size of the property, the location, the type of tenants
sought and the prevailing state of the market. Contact
